HOW TO BUY
Visit the product pages accessible via the Current Range page and select the size and colourway of your choice - then simply click on the link corresponding to the right item, to place it in your shopping cart. Any item which is currently in stock has an active 'buy' link. Items which are out of stock are marked 'X'. Sizes/colourways which are not part of the current range or have been discontinued are marked 'N/A'.
You can change quantities in your shopping cart later; simply edit the quantity and click on 'recalculate'. You can also remove items the same way, by changing the quantity to 0 and recalculating.
From the shopping cart you can return to the Pumpuli site by clicking on the 'continue shopping' button.
You can view your shopping cart contents at any time by clicking on the 'view cart' link available throughout the website (see the upper right hand corner of any page).
When you are ready to check out, proceed to payment. If you have placed items to your shopping cart since you last viewed it, the cart may not have automatically updated itself (depends on your browser settings); to be sure that you are checking out what you want to, you can 'recalculate' the cart before proceeding to pay.
HOW TO PAY
Your shopping cart links directly to PayPal, where you can pay using your existing PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can simply enter your payment card details as you would on any online payment facility; at the end of the process you are asked whether you would like to set up a PayPal account.
PayPal is the leading online payment processor, with advanced security and buyer protection policies in place. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards. Using PayPal does not cost you anything extra.
During the payment process you will be redirected to our shopping cart which is hosted at an external domain (ww11.aitsafe.com), and then to PayPal (www.paypal.com/.co.uk). You may notice PayPal telling you that your payment is being sent to info@miniline.co.uk - don't panic, this is as intended: the Pumpuli website is owned and operated by MiniLine Ltd (see the bottom of this page).
After you have completed payment, PayPal will transfer you (after a short delay) back you your shopping cart, where a confirmation is displayed together with your order number. From there you can return back to the Pumpuli site and continue browsing if you wish.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an automated e-mail titled 'Your Pumpuli order' shortly (typically within 15 minutes) after you have paid. This lists details of your order and payment, including a unique Order ID number which you should quote in any subsequent correspondence with us.
Please note that this is not an order confirmation as such, as it is possible that your items may be out of stock. We update our stock situation regularly, but sometimes it may happen that the item has just been sold out. In the unlikely event that this applies to your order we will inform you within two working days.
PRICES
All our prices are in Pounds Sterling.
As all the items on this website are for babies and small children, the prices are zero-rated for VAT purposes. This means that no VAT will be added to the prices shown, and no separate VAT receipt will be issued.

DELIVERY
Delivery is charged at £4.95 to all UK destinations. Delivery is free of charge for orders of £65 or more.
In August we offer free UK delivery on all in-stock products.
We currently only deliver to UK addresses. For overseas orders, please contact us first for a delivery cost estimate.
As soon as we receive confirmation of your purchase and payment, we will start packing your order. We normally aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days, but please allow a week for dispatch. We normally deliver on next-day service, but please allow 2-3 days for delivery. This means that most orders are delivered within a few days of ordering, but please allow up to two weeks.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In line with distance selling regulations, should you wish to return an unwanted item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. To allow for delivery times in both directions, this means that the returned item must reach us within one month of the purchase date. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and must obtain proof of postage. Assuming that we receive the item back in satisfactory unused condition (with tags/labels attached) in the original packaging, we will refund your purchase including original delivery costs.
If there is anything wrong with your order or any of the items are faulty (as opposed to you merely not wanting them), you can return the whole or partial order to us for full refund or replacement.
If you wish to return anything to us, please contact us first so that we can explain the procedure and discuss any refund/replacement options available to you. We are always happy to help with any questions or queries, and will do our best to resolve matters to your full satisfaction.
Please note that any refund of your payment is processed by PayPal, and will be returned to your PayPal account or the card you used to pay. We will issue your refund promptly, but cannot be held responsible for any delays after PayPal has started the refund process. (That said, most refunds go through within a matter of minutes.) IMPORTANT: If the e-mail address you entered in your shopping cart is different from the e-mail address you have registered with PayPal, please note that your order confirmation is sent to the shopping cart address, but any refund messages are sent to the PayPal address - please make sure to check both addresses!
Nothing in our return policy is intended to affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

It is important that your delivery address is complete and correct, so please check it before completing payment. Please be sure to enter your full postcode.

In the unlikely event that this applies to your order we will inform you within two working days. It is therefore very important that you tell us your valid e-mail address, and preferably also daytime phone number, so that we may discuss any issues arising from your order. (We will not hassle you with sales calls, nor do we release your contact details to anyone else, except for our delivery couriers - that's a promise!)
